Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy, choose the quantity and any particular style (if relevant) and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, proceed to the "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards or direct payment to our bank account.

Shipping And Handling

All orders are charged at $6.95 plus GST for standard delivery anywhere in New Zealand. (An additional charge of $2.00 applies for Rural Deliveries)

Delivery Schedule

You will normally receive your order within 3 working days after we have received full payment from you. In rural areas this may take 1-2 days longer. Where there is a shortage or lack of stock, we will specify expected delivery times on our website or will email you within the working day. If you have a query concerning delivery of specific items or if you need something delivered quickly, please email us to ask for further details or assistance.

Once cleared funds have been received by Weddingshop we will usually despatch your order within two working days. Most orders are delivered to you by Courier Post. Delivery is nationwide on working days.

It is always useful for us to know your wedding or party date so that we can ensure your products are delivered in good time.

Credit Card Security

We use a trusted third party credit card processing service via Westpac to process your card details and transactions on a secure webpage. No credit card details are stored in our system.

Your statutory rights are guaranteed. We are so confident that you will be pleased with the quality of our products that we offer our customers a 10 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE* on the value of the item or a replacement if the product is faulty or if you are unhappy with your purchase. * Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you encounter any faults with any of our products we will be happy to replace them or refund your money once they have been returned to us for inspection. If you are dissatisfied with the purchased items these may be returned within 10 days of delivery and the value of the items will be refunded to you (not including the shipping costs) providing that the items have not been removed from their original packaging, damaged or used. Your statutory rights are not affected. In both instances please email us and we will organise the best solution for your particular problem.

Reaching Us

If you need to reach us, please phone us on 09 577 0200. To minimise costs (that allows us to keep the prices on our website low) we do not operate a phone ordering facility but if you would like to talk to us, please email or text us with a contact telephone number and a brief description of your query and we will call you back within one working day. In most instances we will probably be able to answer your query by email.
