About Us Weddingshop web site is 100% New Zealand owned and operated by a small family team. We have been successfully operating since June 2005 and have processed over 8,000 orders already to very happy customers!! We are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. We aim to provide a value for money service to our customers giving you the quality of goods you demand at the very best prices. We keep our overheads to a minimum so that we can pass the savings on to you. This is the reason that we do not have a telephone ordering facility - the fact that all orders are taken and processed on-line means that we can offer quality goods at excellent prices.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy, choose the quantity and any particular style (if relevant) and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept Visa & Mastercard Credit cards or direct pay methods (e.g FastCheque bank details will appear on your invoice/receipt please use last 4 digits of order number as reference). We are sorry but we cannot accept American Express.

Shipping And Handling
All orders are charged at $5.95 plus GST for standard delivery anywhere in New Zealand - even the South Island!!
(Additional charge of $2.50 applies for Rural Deliveries, this is what we are charged as extra by Courier Post)

Delivery Schedule
You will normally receive your order within 3 working days after we have received full payment from you. In Rural areas this may take 1-2 days longer. Where there is a shortage or lack of stock, we will specify delivery times on the product description of the specific item(s) or will email you within the working day. If you have a query concerning delivery of specific items or if you need something delivered quickly, please email us at info@weddingshop.co.nz to ask for further details or assistance. All orders will be delivered to you by Courier Post. They deliver daily NATIONWIDE across New Zealand.

Once cleared funds have been received by WeddingShop Ltd we will despatch your order within two working days during normal working hours.

Standard courier deliveries can take up to THREE working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays). It is always useful for us to know your Wedding or Party date is so that we can get your parcels delivered in good time.

If you need your order delivered quickly (i.e. quicker than specified above) then please email us for a quote and we can let you know prices and timeframes for an Express Delivery.

Tax Charges For all orders made on this website - GST is included at a rate of 12.5%

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We use a trusted third party card processing service via Westpac to process your card details and transactions.

To minimise costs (that allow us to keep the prices on our website low) we do not operate a phone ordering facility but if you would like to talk to us, please email or text us with a contact telephone number and a brief description of your query and we will call you back within one working day. In most instances we will probably be able to answer your query by email.

Privacy Policy Weddingshop Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy In the unlikely event that you encounter any faults with any of our products we will be happy to replace them or refund your money once they have been returned to us for inspection. If you are unsatisfied with the purchased items these may be returned within 10 days of delivery and the value of the items will be refunded to you providing that the items have not been removed from their original packaging, damaged or used. Remittance Terms Payments are taken by credit card or by bank transfer.
